On the morning of October 16th, Zhou Yu, Chairman of the China Bearing Industry Association, led a delegation including Zhu Keming, Chairman of Suzhou Great Wall Precision Technology Co., Ltd., and Jiang Jun, President of the U.S.-based Vantec Group, to visit Hailin Company for industrial exchange and cooperation talks. He Kehong, management consultant of the company's special advisory committee, participated in the exchange activity. President Bao Guangli, General Manager Zheng Wenkui, Deputy General Manager Xie Xingyou and Liu Gang, jointly attended and received the delegation.
During the on-site inspection, Zhou Yu and representatives of Chinese and foreign enterprises visited HL's digital exhibition hall, information monitoring platform, four major production plants, as well as the precision measurement room and fluid laboratory of the quality management center, and the long-life bearing laboratory of the technology research and development center. During the inspection, the two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on the company's annual operating scale and market share, technical parameters of high-precision bearing leading products, progress in core process innovation and research, and domestic and foreign marketing network layout. They also had detailed communications with on-site technical personnel regarding the company's digital transformation achievements, including the online intelligent scheduling of the MES production execution system, the real-time monitoring function of the whole-process production data, the energy-saving efficiency of the workshop energy recovery system, and the linked operation process of the intelligent processing production line.
After the on-site inspection, the two sides held a symposium. At the meeting, Zhou Yu pointed out that the current bearing industry is in a critical stage of technological upgrading and global cooperation. As an important enterprise in China's bearing field, HL's practices in high-precision manufacturing and digital transformation have industry reference value. The China Bearing Industry Association has always been committed to building a cooperation bridge between enterprises and promoting the integration of upstream and downstream resources in the industrial chain and international technological exchanges.
