On the morning of October 15th, Vice Mayor Chu Zhuzhen, accompanied by Zhang Lijun, Senior Vice President of Fangda Group and Chairman of Liaoning Fangda Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and his delegation, went to HL Company for a survey and exchange. The purpose was to promote in-depth cooperation between leading enterprises in the industrial chain and local key enterprises. Liang Xiaoli, Wang Zhijun accompanied the visit. The survey team visited the company's digital exhibition hall and production site successively, systematically understanding the company's development history, business performance, and product structure layout. They focused on investigating the company's product market share and technical advantages in segmented markets such as construction machinery, wind power, and high-end equipment. In Plant 3, the team observed the intelligent production process of products and gained a detailed understanding of the company's practical achievements in data visualization, quality traceability system construction, and optimization of core component manufacturing processes.
During the survey, Chu Zhuzhen emphasized that this survey is an opportunity to promote in-depth cooperation between "chain-leading enterprises and local key enterprises". He expressed the expectation that both parties will take this survey as a starting point to accelerate docking in fields such as technological research and development, production capacity coordination, and market resource sharing. In particular, progress should be made in the implementation of joint venture cooperation projects and industrial chain complementarity, so as to jointly inject new impetus into the high-quality development of the regional economy.
In the exchange, Zhang Lijun stated that Liaoning Fangda Equipment, as a core sector of Fangda Group, has always taken "high-end, intelligent, and green development" as its development direction. Hailin Company's technical accumulation and industrial foundation in the R&D and manufacturing of precision bearings and deep cultivation in segmented markets are highly compatible with Fangda Group's industrial chain expansion needs. He proposed that he hopes both parties will conduct detailed consultations on technical joint research and development, supply chain integration and other directions based on this survey to achieve mutual empowerment.
